Notes for Applicants:

  • Through our ongoing work, we understand that local charities are distinctive in what they do, how, and where they do it. This distinctiveness empowers them to deliver substantial value to individuals, the economy, and communities. As a result, preference will be granted to charities deeply rooted in their communities, showcasing tangible impact supported by compelling evidence demonstrating the necessity for funding.
  • Priority will be given to applications that can substantiate sustainability and/or long-term impact, effectively reaching and engaging a significant number of individuals.
  • We welcome applications that present the potential for scalable implementation due to proven impact.
  • Recognising the firsthand knowledge charities possess about the needs they address; we are open to considering unrestricted funding and multi-year funding where it can be justified.
  • We welcome applications for funding from registered charities, Community Interest Organisations (CIOs), Community Interest Companies (CICs) and other not-for-profit, community-based organisations.
