This type of funding is typically directed to support:

Trustees areas of interest

Determined by a specific range of areas of interest for our Trustees, we have the ability to support impactful projects and purposes both locally and globally. We are especially interested in:
The prevention of Violence against Women & Girls
Housing and Homelessness
Criminal and Social Justice
Alzheimer’s and Dementia                       

Innovative pilot projects

To address a specific issue/challenge and offering solutions that will support transformational change that can be sustained beyond the funding period

Strategic partnerships

Strong-impact, multi-year projects that sit outside of our main programme areas

This funding is mainly reserved for:

  • Existing or previous grant partners experiencing unexpected needs or presenting unique and innovative opportunities to support a project or purpose with clearly measurable impact
  • Organisations presenting initiatives with a strong alignment to the Foundation’s mission and objectives
  • Proposals recommended by Foundation Trustees, Team members or trusted advisors and friends of the Foundation.

The level of funding and reporting requirements vary, depending upon the size, scope and purpose of the grant.

Note:

Grants made under our Trustees fund are generally by invitation only. Grants are awarded upon internal review; unsolicited proposals are rarely considered.
